Aviands is working actively to address dietary needs of our students in the meal plan offerings at Nabo. Students with dietary needs should communicate this to the person swiping ID cards (cashier) at the front station, letting the cashier know their dietary needs. The cashier will send it through to the printer/order system.
Nabo will have Gluten Free (GF) pasta made to order and available at lunch, brunch and dinner. Vegan burgers-to-order as well as Vegan milk options are available by request.
Student can also email Manager Josh Ahrens, jahrens@aviands.com, to ensure their dietary needs are met while Christensen is under repair.
