Launched in 1940, the IVLP seeks to strengthen U.S. engagement abroad by cultivating relationships with emerging leaders in partner countries’ civil, business, and public policy sectors. Learn more about the IVLP here: https://eca.state.gov/ivlp.

This IVLP delegation is visiting Minnesota to discuss the social, economic, and political factors that influence and encourage women as entrepreneurs; to examine leadership development, job creation, and access to capital; and to tour Minnesota companies, incubators, and educational institutions.
