In December, Dr. Eve Fine, Associate Scientist, WISELI, University of Wisconsin-Madison, met with administration, faculty, and staff members of the Augsburg community who are involved in the search process for new faculty. After her meetings and review of our processes, she has provided her report and recommendations on strengthening the University’s efforts to increase the diversity among our faculty. Dr. Fine provided an overview of her report at this week’s Focused Conversations. An executive summary of the report will be available soon on the University Reports page.
