Today we recognize the annual Great American Smokeout. The theme “Day 1” was selected by the American Cancer Society because we know quitting is not easy. It takes time and a plan. It may not be the day you stop smoking but we hope it will be the day you plan to start your journey to being tobacco free. Stop by Christensen Center today and join CWC and the EPIC peer health educators between 11:30 – 12:30 pm for info on smoking cessation and the benefits of quitting.
