There’s one room available in a 4bd/2ba house in S. Minneapolis’ Central neighborhood convenient to Powderhorn Park, Midtown Global Market, Matt’s Bar, Hosmer Library, and buses #5 and #4. Washer/dryer on-site along with well-furnished kitchen. Perks include enclosed patio, fenced yard, and basement storage.
Rent per person: $448.75/month + utilities (water/trash, electric, gas, internet), one year lease.
Interview and application fee required. Room available Aug 1, 2019-July 31, 2020.
