I’m a recent Augsburg grad looking to sublease the other room in my house! The sublease would ideally start in October/November, but there’s some flexibility if you’re looking for a place starting next semester. Located in the Whittier neighborhood off of Nicollet, there’s a reserved parking spot as well as easy access to public transit (just a 15 minute bus ride from campus). $550 a month plus electricity and wifi (typically ~$35/mo).
