Facial Perception Study

We are seeking eligible participants who are 60 years of age or older to participate in a facial perception study on campus this summer. Participants will have their eye movements monitored by a specialized camera while making judgments about images of human faces. The study is expected to take 30 minutes, and eligible participants will receive $10 USD as compensation. Participants needed for a psychology experiment on eye movements during reading.

Participants will view a series of paragraphs on a computer screen and locate grammatical errors in the passage using a computer mouse. A camera will track and record eye activity during the proofreading task.

Compensation: $5

Time commitment: 15 – 20 minutes

Requirements: Participants must be aged 18+, and have normal (or corrected-to-normal) vision

Campus Cupboard is Open Thursday 5/31

Hello everyone!
Campus Cupboard is open on Thursday from 9am-2pm! Please come in and check out what we have stocked. Students should have their student ID when coming to the Cupboard. Limit 5 items per student.
In addition to Campus Cupboard, there are several different food resources relatively close to Augsburg students/staff/faculty can utilize if needed. The link is down below.

Yoga Today

Good Morning! Join us for yoga today from 12:15-1 PM in Si-Melby 128. We will practice flowing breath to movement, staying in the present moment, and challenging our bodies through different poses during this 45 minute yoga practice. Mats will be available if you do not have your own mat. Open to all students, staff, faculty, and any others part of the Augsburg community.
