In December 2018, student leaders Brandon Williams’19 and Destyn Land ’19 attended the Impact Conference in Atlanta where Black students across the nation were encouraged to A.R.I.S.E. (Act. Respond. Initiate. Stand-up. Empower) and become stakeholders in the healing, relief, and deliverance of our community.
