Join Sabo Center staff as we commemorate Black History Month by
highlighting a history of power building and resilience in Black
Communities in the Twin Cities. We are inviting community leaders: Dr. Bill Green, author and professor of history at Augsburg, Ron Harris, Chief Resilience Officer, City of Minneapolis and Mary Taris, founder of Strive Publishing. They will bring
voice to the collective story of resilience and power in historically black
communities and neighborhoods in Minneapolis, St. Paul and beyond.
This will be a virtual event on Thursday, February 25th from 4:30-5:45pm.
