Earth Week Event Today – BIPOC Career Stories from Across the Country

Hear from the Assistant to the Director for Diversity Equity and Inclusion from the Missouri Department of Conservation, Chris Kennedy, David Syckle, II, descendant of the Oneida Nation of Thames in Ontario, former Water Quality Specialist for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe of Michigan, and Dexter Armstrong, Park Ranger at Great Smoky Mountains National Park with the National Parks Service. They will provide insight into how they got their start working for the State of Missouri, an Indigenous Native American Tribe and the Federal System respectively. A question and answer session will follow for participants to ask questions of the speakers regarding their experience and insights to the job application process with these agencies. All are welcome.
