Kezia Burrows, Pan-Afrikan Student Services Program Manager joins the Department of Multicultural Life on Monday, July 25. They come to us with experience in management in healthcare and sales, programming at College of Saint Benedict, and most recently as Direct Care Program Supervisor at Sevita. The Human Resources department welcomes Natalie Otte as Associate HR Director! Natalie’s passion for higher education began while earning her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Natalie supported students in University Housing as a Resident Assistant and ended her undergrad managing a residential security team. Natalie brings over ten years of experience in Human Resources to Augsburg, most recently in healthcare where she served as Sr. HR Business Partner providing consultation and coaching to field leaders in employee relations, training/development, recruitment and retention. Natalie’s passions include continuous improvement, employee engagement and enriching the communities she interacts with. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys being active outdoors, bird watching, and creative arts.
