The Health Commons- Cedar Riverside site is looking to hire a bilingual person to help out for a few hours per week at the Health Commons to help with yoga and health education classes with prenatal mothers. In honor of retiring faculty members Bob Cowgill, John Schmit, and Mzenga Wanyama, the English department is hosting a reception on May 12 from 4-6 p.m. in the Foss Atrium.
The celebration is open to everyone! Please spread the word to anyone who you think might be interested in attending.
This will be a pre-dinner affair, with snacks and drinks. It’s a potluck-style event, so if you’re able to bring something small to share, please do.
