It has come to our attention that there was a glitch with some of the Meal Replacements on certain Meal Plans, where instead of being charged a Meal, Flex Points were taken. If you had Flex Points taken, instead of Meals, please contact Retail Manager Emma Petersen-Gauthier at epetersen-gauthier@aviands.com and include your name, student ID number, what you purchased, and the dates/locations where you were charged incorrectly.
The glitch has been fixed and we apologize for any inconvenience.
