As part of the First 100 Days events, everyone–faculty, staff, administrators, and students–are welcome to join us TODAY for a multi-voice reading of Elizabeth Alexander’s short but beautiful ”Praise Song for the Day” ( https://www.poets.org/poetsorg/poem/praise-song-day ), the poem she composed for President Obama’s First Inauguration. Raise your own voice with ours in the magnificent, unifying last stanza (there will be copies on site): 12:15-12:30 pm (between classes), TODAY, Monday, 20 Feb. (President’s Day) in the OGC Atrium.
