Assistant Professor of Biology, Dr. Leon van Eck was recently quoted in an article on scientific publishing. The journal PLOS Biology will begin accepting manuscript submissions even if the discovery has been “scooped” by another research group. Dr. van Eck weighed in on this new development in scientific publishing.
