Following up on our Ethiopian meal prepared by Misan Gebre a couple of weeks ago, we will be featuring a meal prepared by one of our cooks, Jose Flores. Jose is of Puerto Rican descent and in celebration of National Hispanic Heritage Month, will be preparing some of his favorite recipes from Puerto Rico.
