submitted by grewe@augsburg.edu

Hello student organization leaders and members!

Augsburg is hosting the Forum on Workplace Inclusion virtually from March 8-12. Business leaders, nonprofit managers, community organizers, and more from all over the world will be attending this conference. I highly encourage you all to consider registering.

CONFERENCE DETAILS
Augsburg has reserved 50 free spots for students to attend on either Tuesday, March 9 or Wednesday, March 10. It’s a completely virtual event.

It is first-come, first-serve, so I would highly encourage you to register sooner rather than later. After 50 students register, there will be a wait list. Register for the conference here: https://forumworkplaceinclusion.org/augsburg-student-registration/

If you have classes during the day you want to attend, inquire with your faculty members ahead of time to see how flexible they are in letting you attend.

This is an amazing opportunity to network with professionals across the world around promoting inclusion and equity in the workplace, as well as to build skills.

INNOVATION SPRINT
The conference is hosting an Innovation Sprint, which is taking place March 4, 5, 8, 9, and 10 from 1:30-3:30pm each day. There are 10 additional free spots for Augsburg students.

The application to apply is Friday, February 19. Apply for the innovation sprint here: https://onova.typeform.com/to/Y39qoalq

If you apply, you will also want to register for the conference (see link above).

Let me know if you have any questions!
