Faculty, staff and student employees:
Augsburg Human Resources is pleased to announce that it has migrated required employee training to the Vector Solutions training platform (Vector Solutions recently acquired EVERFI’s higher education business).
The current trainings focus on the areas of Information security, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and discrimination & sexual harassment prevention.
Training in these areas helps strengthen Augsburg as a workplace, helps protect the rights of students, faculty and staff, and responds to requirements from the Department of Education (under Title IV) and our insurance providers. These interactive and engaging courses can be accessed from a computer, tablet or smartphone. Employees are required to complete information security training every year and other courses on even-numbered years.

Faculty and Staff can also access the training by logging into Inside Augsburg and choosing Administrative Tasks > Training.
Recent Hires and Employees with Outstanding Training:
You will receive an email invitation with your required training. Going forward our goal is to assign training to new employees within 90 days of their start date. Staff should coordinate with their supervisor to identify times to complete the training during regular work hours. Hourly staff may not schedule overtime to accommodate required training.

Vector Solutions may send training emails from any of the following domains: vectorsolutions.com, safeschools.com, safecolleges.com, safepersonnel.com, or scenariolearning.com.
