Work as the student administrative assistant in the Center for Wellness and Counseling Department will include, but is not limited to:
– Answering phone
– Greeting students and other visitors
– Scheduling appointments
– Cleaning & organizing the office
– Assisting with some health promotion activities on campus as needed by the department
– Other general office duties as requested
Work-study eligible students welcome.
Schedule & Hours
– Position starts in October
– Estimated hours per week: 7
– Preferred Availability:
– Tuesdays and Thursdays
– 8:30-11:00 am
– 1:00 pm-4:30 pm
– Other working hours may be established based on students’ academic schedules.
Compensation and Benefits
– Rate of Pay: $15.97/hour
– Minnesota Sick and Safe Time
– Not eligible for health insurance benefits
