The Schwartz School of the Arts seeks to hire one student employee to serve as the Event Support Assistant. This position is for the 2025-2026 academic year at up to 10 hours/week.
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
– On-site event support, including: setup, tear down, registration, wayfinding, etc.
– Assist with event development, including: scheduling, logistics, resources
– Communication with event partners and collaborating entities
– Copywriting and creation of promotional strategy
– Occasional dip into the graphic design process
– Other duties as assigned
Work-study eligible students welcome.
Compensation and Benefits
– Rate of Pay: $15.97/hour
– Minnesota Sick and Safe Time
– Not eligible for health insurance benefits
