Everyone is welcome!!
Kate Ostrem from 9 Open Doors will be presenting on insight into Enneagram:
We often hear the message “use your strengths.” But is it possible to take our strengths too far? Kate Ostrem, of 9 Open Doors, will explain the connection between strengths and weaknesses and walk us through a thought-provoking exercise that will have us looking at our strengths in a new light. She will also briefly introduce us to the nine different styles of the Enneagram, a personality system that illuminates what happens when we overuse our strengths. Join us for this eye-opening workshop with your friends from the Augsburg MBA program!
Kate Ostrem is certified as an Enneagram educator by Anne Murée with Olive Branchways, and has studied with some of the most prominent thought leaders in the Enneagram community. She attended St. Olaf College and has worked in fundraising, communications and marketing in the non-profit world for sixteen years. Her 9 Open Doors work has varied from a small group of friends in a backyard to retreats to a conference in New Zealand. Described as a sincere, gifted teacher who presents in an accessible and fun way, Kate looks forward to the day when everyone knows about the Enneagram so that we all have meaningful insight into our habits and behaviors.
