Please mark your calendars for the Seeing Things Whole Facilitator Training Workshop on August 22 and 23. The link to register is here: go.augsburg.edu/augpay (click on Seeing Things Whole on the right side).
Day One:
Tuesday, August 22 (from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.) features an introduction to STW’s core theory and hands-on experience with several resources in STW’s Whole People, Whole Leaders series.
During the evening of Day One, participants will be invited to serve as temporary trustees in a Seeing Things Whole Organization RoundTable where they will use STW’s approach to resource a leader around a real-time challenge facing their organization.
Day Two:
Wednesday, August 23 (from 9:00 am to 4:00 p.m.) will offer participants an entry-level training to the facilitation of STW RoundTables with attention to preparation, facilitation and follow-up phases of a roundtable session.
