Mental Health Skills and Support Group

The Center for Wellness and Counseling (CWC) is forming a new group focused on teaching and practicing skills for emotional wellbeing.

These will include:
Understanding and working with emotions (emotion regulation skills)
Mindfulness skills
Distress tolerance coping skills
Interpersonal effectiveness/assertiveness skills

The group will meet Wednesdays from 5:00 to 6:00 in the CWC office, starting February 13th.

***Food will be provided during group on the February 20th***
