The Human Resources Team is excited to welcome Christina Persaud to Augsburg as our new Human Resources Generalist. Christina’s most recent role was an HR Generalist at Greater Twin Cities United Way. Her background in Human Resources includes employee benefits and open enrollment support, employee relations, engagement survey design and administration inclusive of data collection & interpretation and action planning, performance management implementation, as well as training and facilitation. Christina received her Bachelor’s degree in Communications at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Christina joined Augsburg University due to its diverse learning community as well as its mission and values as a higher education institution. She is excited to work with an HR team committed to the success of its faculty and students. In her spare time, Christina enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Along with the HR and Payroll team, Christina is working remotely and can be reached at persaud@augsburg.edu.
