The Echo, Augsburg’s student-run newspaper is hiring for two open positions for the 20-21 school year! These positions are Photo & Social Media Editor and Online Publishing Coordinator. Online Publishing Coordinator Job Description:
Be the coordinator of online publication.
Post all stories in a timely manner.
Report directly to Executive Editor (or editor assigned to oversee web content) any issues or noteworthy items.
Photo & Social Editor Job Description:
Manage The Echo’s Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts.
Coordinate photos with articles and Section Editors.
Have photos accessible and properly formatted to Layout Editor and Online Publishing Coordinator in a timely manner.
Monitor and coordinate photo needs with photographers.
