Boren Award Scholarship: Info Workshop on Thursday via Zoom, 1pm-2pm
The Boren Awards fund travel for U.S. students studying abroad in world regions critical to United States interests. Students study one of 60+ critical languages, such as Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, or Swahili. Most programs are a semester or more, but STEM majors can be awarded for an 8 week summer experience.
Attend the Workshop to learn more about the Boren Award, the requirements and qualifications, and the many benefits of being awarded, including career opportunities after graduation.
