submitted by escobarr@augsburg.edu

It is time to register for the Augsburg University Annual Anti-Racism Training. This year the training will be led by Dr. Abdul M. Omari, founder and principal of AMO Enterprise. The training, entitled Understanding and Using Cultural Intelligence, will allow participants to revisit the previous annual anti-racism trainings and introduce connections to Cultural Intelligence (CQ) to practically fight oppression and its many tenets in a university setting. CQ will be used to help participants better connect with themselves and others while examining oppressive behaviors, assumptions, and mindsets.
