Thank you all for your patience this weekend as we worked through an unexpected issue with our campus network infrastructure. The outage and subsequent instability in the network followed a planned maintenance that intersected with a campus power outage due to Thursday afternoon’s weather, causing hardware failure. Our systems team has been working on this issue since Thursday evening and throughout the weekend to troubleshoot this complex issue and implement a plan to restore connectivity, including installation of temporary equipment. We’ll be posting a more detailed summary message on the IT Website blog in the coming days.
