– Coordinate food operations including freezing food, grocery shopping, and organizing supplies.
– Prepare/serve/deliver meals or groceries at community sites.
– Organize/support food security efforts via Campus Cupboard food shelf.
– Collaborate with members of the Environmental Stewardship Intern team on projects.
– Work with the Campus Kitchens team to plan events.
– Stay connected with student groups and engage with them around food issues to build. community around food.
– Coordinate with other Twin Cities organizations for collaborative events and mutual support.
– Support Food Lab student cooking appointments and workshops.
– Complete various administrative tasks including data management, social media content, etc.
