At the annual Augsburg Admissions office holiday party on Thursday, December 18th, a game of “Are you Smarter Than a Fifth Grader” was played between the Financial Aid office and the Admissions office. Competition became extremely intense and a slow motion capture camera was used to ensure fair judgement of the first contestant to hit the buzzer (the table).
At first, the Admissions Office was promising because of the sheer numbers they had over Financial Aid. After 18 agonizing questions, Financial Aid pulled ahead being 11-7. The last question was worth five points. In an amazing feat, the Financial Aid team showed their true power in knowledge and trampled over the Admissions team, ending on a high note of 16-7.
