Biennial Harassment & Discrimination Training

Dear Employees:
A friendly reminder that all Augsburg employees are required to complete trainings on a regular basis to strengthen Augsburg as a workplace, helps protect the rights of students, faculty and staff, and responds to requirements from the Department of Education (under Title IV) and our insurance providers.

Training administered by Human Resources includes:
FERPA: annually
Preventing Harassment & Discrimination: every two years

These 3rd-party interactive and engaging courses can be accessed from a computer, tablet or smartphone. The “Preventing Harassment & Discrimination: Clery Act and Title IX,” was launched two years ago in January 2022; many employees will receive an invitation to re-engage with this training in the upcoming weeks.

Training can be accessed through https://augsburg-mn.safecolleges.com
Faculty and Staff can also access the training by logging into Inside Augsburg and choosing Administrative Tasks > Training. Once logged in you can review your previous training completions by selecting Training History and updating the “From Date” selection to cover the desired timeframe.

Vector Solutions may send training emails from any of the following domains:

Already Completed Training?
If you are assigned the “Preventing Harassment & Discrimination: Clery Act and Title IX” training but have completed it in the past two years please reach out to hr@augsburg.edu to have your records reviewed and corrected.
