Our system does not support submitting A-mail posts for multiple days.
This means that you must submit your announcement each time you’d like it to appear. The cutoff for submissions is 11:59 p.m. on the day before publication.
Since A-mail is not distributed on the weekend, any posts received on Friday, Saturday, or before 11:59 p.m. on Sunday night will go out Monday morning, unless that Monday is a staff holiday. A-mail is not published on staff holidays, so any posts submitted on those days will be published in the next A-mail publication date, which is usually the next day.
