Did you know that many Americans have significant health risks that they are not aware of? Could you have an undiagnosed health risk? Knowing your health risks is the first step in taking charge of your health.
Augsburg Total Wellness will be offering free, confidential health and wellness screenings this January! The biometrics health screening is completely voluntary. We hope you’ll take advantage of this opportunity to learn more so that you can improve your health.
Screenings will include a brief health questionnaire and the following simple tests:
-Cholesterol
-Height, Weight
-Glucose(blood sugar)
-Blood Pressure
-Body Mass Index (BMI)
