Sponsored by MAL Faculty, Cari Maguire, the NicaHOPE jewelry sale has raised hundreds of dollars for families in Nicaragua. NicaHope is a non-profit that teaches economical skills to the Acahualinca community surrounding the Managua city dump. MEA, PA, and MAL students have the opportunity to visit NicaHope on one of many site locations during the study abroad course.
