My first non-Shakespearean article in decades was just published; it’s on the neo-western film “Hell or High Water”: “Appropriating the Comanche: ‘Hell or High Water’ and the New Southwest.” A big thanks to our Augsburg American Indian Studies colleague Elise Marubbio, one of the co-editors of this special issue of the journal Zeitschrift für Anglistik und Amerikanistik, for encouraging me to contribute.
