The Center for Wellness & Counseling has a webpage with many resources for coping with the COVID-19 pandemic, “Coping with the Coronavirus.” Today we are highlighting one excellent resource from this webpage, for students, staff, and faculty: Natural Mental Health’s 8 week Resilience Retreat online called “Calm in the Time of Coronavirus.” Renowned author and previous consultant to CWC, Henry Emmons, leads this highly useful retreat (and his calming presence will bring down your blood pressure!) Live workshops occur every Wednesday at 7pm on their Facebook Page (Natural Mental Health) and the videos are available on the Facebook page after the event as well. Last week’s session was on sleep, and we highly recommend it!
