In order to ensure timely processing of payroll, all benefits change and payroll forms must be received by 12 PM this Friday to be reflected on your payslip on Friday, April 24.
This includes stipend & honorarium payments, benefits, FSA, HSA, retirement, direct deposit, and tax withholding change forms.
Forms containing sensitive information such as direct deposit and social security numbers should not be emailed. Please contact Human Resources at hr@augsburg.edu to receive a secure delivery link for submission.
