The Shipping and Receiving Department is still operating regular hours Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:00pm. Emails are still generated when a package has arrived for you.
If you are a student: Please come to Shipping/Receiving in the lower level of Christensen Center between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday to pick up your package. Your Augsburg ID is REQUIRED to pick-up your package. If you are no longer on campus/in the area due to COVID-19 events please contact us and we can forward your package if it was sent here via USPS. If it was sent with another courier we can send your package via UPS (with discounted rates) if you are able to provide payment information over the phone or we could return your package to the sender which should be able to provide you a refund.
If you are staff or faculty: Please contact shipping/receiving at 612-330-1750 or mailship@augsburg.edu to coordinate when you will be in so we can deliver your package or feel free to stop in Mon-Fri 8:00 am – 4:00 pm and pick up your package. We can also ship your package to you if you provide your departmental cost center.
