HR or Payroll Forms
Please submit any change forms you may have for your benefits to HR by noon Friday, October 1st to be processed on the October 8th pay date. This includes routine forms for HSA, retirement, direct deposit and tax withholding changes. Email payroll@augsburg.edu if you have questions or need assistance.
Reminder: You can access forms on the new HR Website which is linked below.
Time Sheets
Please submit your timesheet by the end of the day Friday, October 1st so your supervisor has time to approve it by the Monday, October 4th; noon deadline.
