Looking for sub-leaser for a townhouse style complex at the Marshall in Dinkytown. Own bedroom and bath in a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom unit. The townhouse is shared with 3 other renters. The Marshall has a gym, pool, and multiple courtyards with various activities. It is also fully furnished. I currently pay $925 but have reduced the price to $800 and am willing to go lower too.
