Are you a faculty member who would like to learn more about the parliamentary procedure we use at faculty meetings and get more comfortable participating? The Minnesota State Association of Parliamentarians is offering “Meetings Without Misery: Robert’s Rules for Efficient Meetings” as a virtual annual seminar this Saturday, January 29th from 8:45am-noon. It’s open to all and is designed for “anyone who would like to run or attend better meetings”.
Registration is through eventbrite (see link below) and registration is $15 (non-refundable). Faculty may use their CTL Professional Development funds to get reimbursed for this registration fee following attendance at the workshop. See the Grants and Travel Funds page of the CTL website.
