Dear faculty and staff,
The University has purchased a large supply of N95 and KN95 masks in order to provide 2-3 for each faculty member (full-time and adjunct) who are teaching in-person this semester, and for staff who are in student-facing positions. Masks will be available this week, January 31-February 4 from the following locations, on days / times as noted:
Monday-Thursday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm; Friday 12:30-4:00 pm see Judi Green, Academic Affairs suite, Memorial 118
Monday-Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm see Katie Boyle, Dean of Arts & Sciences suite, Hagfors 125
Monday, Tuesday mornings 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, see Monica Devers, Professional Studies suite, OGC 115
We hope that you will find a location and time when you can pick up a sample of these masks this week.
