Schield Presents Statistical Literacy at Metro State

Augsburg professor emeritus, Milo Schield, is giving a talk to the Mathematics department at Metropolitan State University on Thursday, Sept 1 at 12:10 PM, . His title is “Offering a Confounder Based Statistical Literacy Course”. Milo is the Statistical Literacy coordinator at the University of New Mexico. The UNM statistical literacy course (Math 1300) is a copy of Augsburg’s GST 200: first offered in 2008. This event will be held in Room L120 inside Founder’s Hall. For those traveling East on I94, note that the Sixth Street exit is currently closed. Take exit 242C in downtown St. Paul heading south on Wall Street. Make an immediate left onto 7th Street heading east.
