Join us for an enlightening lunch-and-learn session where we’ll explore the essential
role of a Recovery Ally. Lunch is provided.

THURSDAY, APRIL 18 | 4–5PM. | OGC 100
JOIN US FOR AN OVERVIEW OF THE SOBER-CURIOUS MOVEMENT.

TOGETHER WE’LL EXPLORE:
• What does it mean to be “sober curious”?
• What is “gray area drinking”?
• What does substance use disorder look like?
• Where do I fall on the spectrum of substance use?
• What’s it like to be sober during college?
• Where can I find support?

This is an open discussion led by Nell Hurley from StepUP and Ellie Olsen from The Center for Wellness and Counseling.

All are welcome! Join us for what we hope will be a rich discussion and a safe place to explore sobriety.
