Hi, my name is Zander. I am a Senior, and I am disabled and in a wheelchair. I am looking for a PCA to help out when my regular PCA can’t. You do not need to be trained to be a PCA, as I will provide all of the training you will need, as it is not that technical of a job. My PCA comes to my dorm every day to help me with certain tasks that I cannot complete in a timely manner.. You would come when my main PCA needs a day off or can’t make it that day for different reasons, and help me with the tasks that they would usually help me with on that day. Polar H10 Heart Rate Monitor Chest Strap – ANT + Bluetooth, Waterproof HR Sensor

Are you interested in tracking your exercise, workouts, heartrate and progress to greater fitness? The Polar chest strap does it all and syncs everything to your phone via the Polar app. This is barely used, practically new, still in the box. I also have an older used one that I just put new batteries in, not in a box with a size small strap. The new Polar device still in the box is a medium. New it cost $104. I am selling for $80. Responsibilities:
•Carrying out the daily tasks that keep the facility running smoothly.
Meet with employees for facility orientations, fitness consultations for members and program design.
•Monitor, engage and instruct participants in the Wellness Center on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training equipment within the facility.
•Maintain positive customer and client experience by providing the highest quality of service.
•Instruct group exercise classes and maintain a client base for personal training.
•The daily schedule would include closing a minimum of two nights a week (6:00pm) and opening (6:00am) once a week & rotating Fridays open/close.
•Be able to instruct group fitness classes.
•Be able to work onsite and assist the staff in working opening and closing shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience teaching group exercise classes with the ability to maintain a personal training client base.
• Able to work onsite and assist the staff in working opening and closing shifts.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
• Ability to work well independently and in teams and manage multiple responsibilities needed.
• Microsoft Office knowledge helpful.
• American College of Exercise (ACE) certification preferred.
• Competency in prescribing and completing exercise testing.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be CPR/AED and First Aid certified.
• A degree in a health related-field

Pay Rate: $21–$24 per hour

Spring has finally sprung! This beautiful weather means it’s time to start thinking about outdoor baseball in St Paul. Due to college graduation season for family members, I have a two St Paul Saints tickets available for sale for the games listed below. Seats are $18 each and are located in Section 105 Row 10 on the aisle (seats 1 and 2). Normally $22 if purchased online.
