I’m looking for a clean roommate to rent the spacious upstairs loft area in the two bedroom one bath house I am renting. It would be $600 a month plus utilities. The house has a decent sized kitchen, indoor laundry, a front room area, and really good street parking. I’m a guy living with my dog and am currently attending my first year at the PsyD program at Augsburg. If you’re interested please send me an email, I can send you a video of the house and loft area and we can get to know each other more!

This 3-bedroom apartment, with high ceilings, large windows and a gorgeous color scheme, is available May 1. Walking distance to Augsburg, 1 block South of Franklin Avenue. Our South-facing windows get great light in the winter months when the sun is low in the sky. Grape vines now cover some of the windows in the summer and keep things fresh (and delicious).
Amazing location – close to the 2, 7, 8 and 9 bus lines, the Greenway, Augsburg, U of M, and walking distance to everything the Seward neighborhood has to offer.
The size of the bedrooms vary considerably, so this space is good for folks with different space and/or budget requirements. The whole apartment is 1100 square feet, and bedrooms range from 7 x 11 feet (the smallest) to approximately 12 x 13 (the largest). One bathroom.
We’ve had lovely families make very good use of the space, and lovely roommate households, as well. If you are a set of three roommates, you might consider breaking rents out as $550, $650, and $750, depending on what feels fair to everyone in your household.
The house is owner-occupied in the upstairs unit. We are a queer family: one gringa, one mexicana, and two bilingual perritos—our hypoallergenic fur babies. Ever since 2012, our house has been home to folks of many races, ethnicities and genders, and we’re excited to find out who will be next to share our home!
Free laundry in basement, small shed for bikes, imperfectly fenced back yard. Tenants pay most utilities (heat, electric, internet). Owner pays water, sewer and trash. Each of the two apartments in our duplex is responsible for shoveling every other week throughout the winter.
Up to two well-trained pets are negotiable, with strong preference for low-allergy types, and additional pet rent of $25/month/pet. No smoking in the house.
One-year lease, which becomes flexible after a year.
Drop us a line if you’re interested, with a little about yourselves and what it is that draws your crew to the space.

Are you looking for a place to live?
With my move to Norway (Site Director for CGEE’s new site), we have decided to rent out our house in the beautiful Lex-Ham neighborhood in St. Paul. It is an easy 10 minute drive to campus by car, close to public transportation, and biking to Augsburg takes about 30 minutes.
We have loved this house for 20+ years and hope you will too!
The lease will be for 12 months with the potential of it becoming a long-term relationship.

The library has a table, seating 4, that we are not using. It is 28.5″ high and 53″ in diameter. The table is sturdy but it does have scratches and some signs of wear and tear. Nothing a can of Pledge can’t fix! This will be available to the Augsburg community until 3/28 before we will find someone else who will take it.

Hello! My name is Rin Heise and I’m one of the Academic Advisors in TRIO/SSS. I’ve recently rescued a puppy (photos in link) and in an effort to be eco-friendly I’m asking for donations of any dog supplies folks may no longer need. The puppy’s name is Winston and he is a cattle-dog mix, a little over six months old, and about 30 lbs. You can email me at heisekat@augsburg.edu with questions and to coordinate a pick-up or drop-off of supplies. Thank you in advance!

Hello! I found a cat following people around Augsburg University for many hours. I have since been keeping them safe and fed. They seem to be a healthy Tuxedo cat who is very friendly, leading me to believe that they might not be a stray cat. Their nose looks like a black heart, and they have a black spot on their left arm and on the back of their right leg. They also have beautiful long whiskers. I believe they belongs around the cedar/riverside area. If you know whos cat this is, or have further questions please email me at tesfayel@augsburg.edu. For photos visit: https://drive.google.

My name is Rin Heise and I’m new to Augsburg via the TRIO SSS office! I’m interested in finding a few folks on campus who may be interested in pet-sitting my two ferrets, Pip and Pop, sometime in the future. They are four-year-old females who are very sweet and curious. Past pet-sitters can attest that they are fun and relatively easy to care for. We are located in St. Paul, but I may be willing to let them stay elsewhere if the environment is the right fit. The ideal pet-sitting candidates will have prior experience with ferrets, but experience with pet-sitting and animal care is ok too.
