Augsburg is updating its institutional advertising with a new campaign focused on embracing the challenge of engaging with difficult topics and wicked problems (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wicked_problem), where no one answer may be “correct.” The ads embrace a notion of “both/and” rather than “either/or” and serve to reinforce the change to Augsburg University. This advertising campaign complements other, program-specific advertising designed to generate prospective student inquiries.

Hello Auggies!
I hope you all are enjoying your last days of Winter break as am I! My name is Cody Thompson and I am a student at Augsburg. I am also a Senator on the Augsburg Day Student Government.
I am currently conducting a Augsburg Student Experience Survey. Not only do I want to learn more about your experience at Augsburg, but I want to know how I can best support you as one of your peers. There are so many opportunities to get involved here at Augsburg and I would love to share that with you!
I am here to listen to you and support you to the best of my ability. I look forward to hearing your thoughts, ideas, and concerns in regards to your experience at Augsburg.
I can’t wait to meet you and get to know you! You can either contact me via my email (thompsoc@augsburg.edu) or my cell phone (612-469-5174). I am open to chatting via social media, text, phone, or setting up a meeting time to meet in person. Whatever works best for you!! Thank you for your time!
