Good Morning! Please join us for yoga on Wednesday from 12:15 pm- 1:00 pm in the Racquetball Court (Si-Melby 130). We will practice flowing breath to movement, staying in the present moment, and challenging our bodies through different poses during this 45 minute yoga practice.
