Good Morning! Join us for yoga on Wednesday from 12:15-1 PM in Si-Melby 128. This is the last one until September! We will practice flowing breath to movement, staying in the present moment, and challenging our bodies through different poses during this 45 minute yoga practice. Mats will be available if you do not have your own mat. Open to all students, staff, faculty, and any others part of the Augsburg community.
