Student Financial Services is looking to hire 2-3 new student employees as Assistant Enrollment Counselors starting Fall 2019:

**Please note that you must be available during the month of August for scheduled training before the Fall semester begins. Once you apply, you will be called within 1-2 weeks regarding your application.

Job Description includes:

Working the front window of the Enrollment Center for Student Financial Services:
*Assisting students/parents with questions
*Intaking financial documents
*Processing payments
*Opening/Closing duties
*Additional projects as needed

Answering the phone for Student Financial Services:
*Assisting students/parents with questions
*Returning voicemail messages
*Accurately transferring calls to Student Financial Service specialists when needed
*Additional projects as needed

Job Requirements
*Prior Customer Service experience preferred
*Good communication skills; must be good with people/outgoing/work well with others
*Adaptable and open minded
*Attention to detail and organizational skills
*Positive attitude
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

Our TRIO/SSS Summer Bridge Class of 2019 has just moved on campus. Please join us in welcoming 24 incoming Augsburg Freshman! During this five-week residential program they will take two college courses for credit and attend academic support seminars, workshops, and other activities to help provide for a smooth transition to Augsburg in the fall.
