Happy July, Auggies!
Did you know that 78 percent of local commuters who drive alone say that they would try other ways to get to work if their employer provided a commuter benefit?* Did you know that Augsburg provides a discounted Metropass for faculty and staff? Do you need help figuring out the ins and outs of using transit? We can help you!
Move Minnesota, in partnership with Augsburg University, will host experiential transit trips to common destinations in Minneapolis this summer. Ride transit with us for free as we teach tips and tricks for taking the bus, the light rail, and more. Join us for either trip, or both! RSVP here: https://forms.gle/eNV7RBnFwWf43hKL8
We will provide free transit passes, and answer any and all questions you may have!

Fellow Auggie Cyclists!
If you’ve got a two-wheeled chariot, we encourage you to join us for our second Coffee Clunker. We’ll be supporting local coffee establishments, while celebrating summer and getting a few extra miles under our belt. Feel free to hop off the route whenever you need to leave.
This is an open ride for any cyclist at any ability level.
When: Friday, July 26 from 4:30 p.m. – ?
Where: We’ll gather in front of the Foss Center, on the grassy area
Why: To be healthier, to create community, to support local businesses, to relieve a bit of stress
Can’t join us? We’d still love you to join our group, track your miles, and keep in touch for future rides — we’re hoping to have one a month over the summer. A link to the route and mileage tracker can be found within the calendar event below, so make sure to add it to your calendar. Feel free to share the event!!
